A nice complex!

Let's start with this descending workout!

There are 3 lifts for this workout,but the lifts are done in order one after the other until finished.

THE LIFTS IN ORDER: Renegade Rows, Sumo Dead Lifts, and Burpie Jumps.

Size kettlebells: 24 kg

How To: You start with 20 total renegade rows (10 each side) then you do 20 sumo's then you do 20 Burpie Jumps. When you complete the 20's, descend to 18's each then 16's and so on down to 2- time yourself and post it on this blog!
